Re: PPO3- Jet in hand review

Alright, I ordered one from TFsource with a bunch of Predaking upgrade kits and a Roadbot. Couldn't resist.

Re: PPO3- Jet in hand review

first off im confused weither it was just mine or everyones.

there isn't any instructions. very odd. but good thing i know how to transform it.

i admit during the transformation the plastic doesn't feel the same as the takara ones but it probably isn't but it didn't seem to have any issues. i didn't feel like it was going to break or anything,.

you get a CRAP load of stickers

so i guess you just put them wherever you feel like.

you get a REALLY AWESOME little character card that is solid plastic. very nice. double sided.

bot mode from the front. and as the tfw review stated it seems like it will have a hard time standing on its own and the legs kind of do spring back together. but i display mine in bot mode on their stands so no biggy for me.

side shot

back

there was a few parts that the plastic felt really light so i was more careful with them but again no breakage and they were flimsy on the real ones.

and the piece that goes down the middle that has the air break it felt a bit lighter also.

they did keep the diecast front landing gear and lol i forgot to check the back ones but i'd assume they are as well since the front is. ill check later,

they did do the leg mod which i REALLY love. wish i knew how to do it for my other seekers.

this one piece did fall off on me while transforming it but it looks like they are just wedged into place. nothing a little dab of glue wont fix.

my final thoughts on this.

I personally love it.

Im totally happy with it on all accounts. it might be slightly lighter plastic then takara uses but again it might just be my mind playing tricks on me because i dont have a real one with me to feel the weight and havent transformed one of my real ones in a while.

the paint aps on it are awesome. amazing colour on the wings and bright blue and red all over look really really great.

It is going to look amazing next to the rest of my seekers and i really really can't wait to get my not-dirge, not-thrust and not-sunstorm.

i'll say it again.

if you were on the fence about these I would say without a doubt. BUY THEM!. especially if your a seeker nut like myself.

PROS: colours, look, same scale as the rest. just pure awesomeness.

Cons: no instructions (maybe just mine) slightly lighter feeling plastic, legs wont stay open but i use the stand anyhow.

that was my first review. I hope you guys found it helpful and informative. I'll do another review when I get my hands on the others.

I think its just

P.S. the feet shot is free for you weirdos out there lol. (didnt realize till after lol

Re: PPO3- Jet in hand review

Just got mine. No instructions, but a small comic book. Last page of that comic is a teaser for upcoming PP05 Medic et Weapon.

I agree with Sureshot22: It's a really good toy for any seeker fan. I'm glad I preordered it.

I'm also quite interested to know what would be the other fighters for which codes are on the side of the package... We already know Storm and Current are on their way, but the others...

Got mine yesterday and I agree with your review!!! And no it was not just yours, mine had no instructions either. I had to dig out my MP Thundercracker manual.

Re: PPO3- Jet in hand review

On my WallyWorld Starscream the front landing gear is plastic and connects to the diecast part.
On this one the entire landing gear is diecast - a nice upgrade.
Do any of the other MP seekers have a diecast front landing gear?

It's so "clean" looking too, almost to the point that something is missing.

Kudos iGear,
I hope you sell out these bad boys!
