Amazon Japan uses DHL and shipping is pretty cheap. And fast. RK is inflating actual shipping costs.

I've also had Lepin sets shipped dirt cheap and fast with DHL from random Chinese sellers on Aliexpress.

I discovered in the past they put that as a placeholder to discourage ordering when shipping is not available.

So I assume you might have got that because your proposed order is more than 2 kg, which is the EMS limit to Canada right now?
