[Wrong Parts] Transformers: Legacy Generations Selects Titan Black Zarak

Mine came in and it has a cracked ramp inside the chest. Literally still in it's tie wraps. Sigh... Sent an email to Hasbropulse customer service. We'll see how this goes.

Hasbropulse responded by saying to ship it back and they might send me a replacement or refund, depending on stock. I'm not sure how plentiful stock is at this point, getting a refund would really suck vs. getting a replacement part. They would only send me a replacement after receiving my return too... so that's even more risky.

update: HP said they have stock and have one held for me upon return, so looks like I'm going to send this one back. I sure hope the next one won't have issues, I'd be really upset if it did.

I have *the same issue*, two double plug ends...

I contacted customer service, but they said they didn't have a replacement part, and are sending me a free transformer. Curious what i'll get, but doesn't really solve my problem...

their messaging states that "If you would prefer to keep the product as-is, we'd be happy to send a complimentary Transformers product as a courtesy for the trouble. This would be a smaller item, chosen at the Consumer Care warehouse's discretion based on availability."

I'm going to guess it's a core class megatron or starscream.

Can you take a picture of what you got? If you have two of the opposite side from what I have, we can swap.

this is becoming a big problem with hasbro not only the qc problems but their handling of a big ticket item problem....this is not customer service when it doesnt cure the flawed toy,..hopefully a third party will step in with an upgrade/add on cure ...
