Haslab Victory Saber qc issues

Got my haslab victory saber today, fantastic figure, box everything was perfect, didn't notice any qc issues, until I was putting the back cannons on victory Leo, and one of the pegs is missing the connector tab . Soooo I cannot tab the one cannon into Victory Leo and victory saber. Soooo check your victory sabers for qc issues. This is unacceptable for a haslab project. Any ideas fellas how to get this fixed

Contact Hasbro ASAP. I assume they keep some replacement parts in stock for such an occasion for HasLabs. This is not a minor paint QC issue but a missing/defective inoperable part..

If you get garbage runaround, maybe try tagging them on social media regarding the issue.

Definitely get in touch with Hasbro ASAP to see what they'll do. Just be prepared for the spectrum from satisfaction to utter disappointment.


That got me paranoid so I checked mine, and everything seems to be there with no issues.


HOWEVER,


If you are not planning to open up the figures just be aware that they used two plastic ties in an "X" formation over the chests of both Star Saber and Victory Leo. They are pretty tight and cross right over the gold paint (looks like Vac Metal). So I can see that become an issue with paint rub/wear down the line.

I transformed mine from robots to big ship, haven't combined into Victory Saber yet, so far seems no issue.

Contact Hasbro Pulse not hasbro.
They are usually really good on these QC issues.
I had a two left handed Unicron. And after talking with the. Got the issue sorted out. (No it wasn’t a cyberveres/ shelf warmer toy instead. They fixed the issue)

Thanks guy contacted hasbropulse, and spoke to global quality control guy, emailed him info and pictures of what's missing, waiting on him to get back. Said if they have the part, will take 7-10 days. If no part, maybe send the entire cannon again. I told him, I paid for entire victory saber not one missing an important piece such as that. If they have a 3d printer they can easily make that part. Anyways will keep ya guys notified.

Oh helll no. This is a haslab, I will not accept a cyberverse toy. Its a simple piece that they can easily fix. Just stupid this happened in the first place. Its not like they made hundreds of thousands of this thing. What was the final number like under 25000 so no excuse for any qc issue period
