My bw Megatron preorder was, like most, pushed back to April.

Meanwhile, I saw Kingdom leader prime on the shelf in store lol.

My local store was able to find scourge, hot rod, and Kuo at another store in the province and bring them in for me. They didn't have to, the guy just figured he might be able to. I was so surprised.

I can vouch for good local service.

Anyways, I only ever grab from EB when I'm checking out the store - if they have a thing I'm looking for? Great, I'll buy it maybe - like how I pinched a Black Roritchi, complete fluke walk-in "oh hey what's that... OMG"

That seems to just be the regular price for Zetar now on TRU. Zetar is glorious, that is a 10/10 head sculpt. (the one gun piece he comes with makes a good piece for Sideswipe's missile pod too)

My EB has been pretty dang good on Preorders. I've preordered every select and Walgreens exclusive through them. They only started offering preorders on individual mainline figures towards the tail end of Earthrise.

Only preorders to have issues was ER Sunstreaker and the Kingdom BW Megatron. Was able to find both and other locations so no biggie.

EB has been good for me so far. Their releases seem to get later and later though.

When it comes to newly released items that you missed preordering, the staff can put in a request to bring one in from warehouse or maybe another store (not sure on this one)... BUT this can only be done by store managers. If you see the clerk write your request on a scrap piece of paper you have to hope they get it to a manager when they work next. This is why its really hit or miss.
