Unfortunately, we have learned that the manufacturer has only produced a very limited number of this item. As always, when this item comes out we will fill orders in the order that they were placed. Unfortunately, given the extremely small number of pieces that we will receive, we have determined that there is no chance that we can fill your entire order, so we've had to reduce quantities to a limit of one TKT81295 per customer, regardless of how many were ordered.
We're as disappointed by this news as you are, as we were looking forward to selling many pieces of this item.
Our apologies for this unfortunate development. We look forward to your continued support of HLJ.

In any case, I agree the shipping seems high - my MP Ultra Magnus shipped from them with registered SAL for around $20 US and that thing was heavy. Seems to be double that for Superion.

That being said there's no way of telling what the shipping will be for HLJ and AmiAmi. I'm hoping it'll be around the $30-$35 CDN mark tops (also assuming the exchange rate doesn't shift much by June).

So I got payment request from HLJ for Takara LG Chromia but not Arcee and Windblade. I preordered all 3 at the same time. Hopefully my order gets filled.

One another note I was at TT to pickup my Sideshow A2D2, it was ticketed at 159.95, but had a us dollar sticker beside it?????? , when I got up to the till the girl told me that it was 159 in US DOLLARS.... GREAT!!!!! now every supplier is doing it to us collectors.
It's just to keep the look of the cost down, of course they said it was because they bought it in us dollars, ended up being 220. cdn after taxes!!!

WOW looks like my collecting is going to take a hit this year!! definitely won't be getting as much.

Will have to cancel my other 3 figures now can't afford 250-300 for a 1/6th scale SW figure can't justify that either!

Huh, are they allowed to charge USD prices in a Canadian brick and mortar? I mean they know they paid XXX amount of money for it. So price it in Canadian dollars at the price you want to sell it at and make some money.

Seems kinda sneaky otherwise.


And man that HLJ email worried me when I thought it was saying that you wouldn't get any at all until I realized it said you were being reduced to one. Hope my order gets processed...

I have a Windblade ordered with them as well, from back in October. I'm a little wary as my order history shows it as "Discontinued" and not the usual "Order Stop" or the release date...

Man, I am really glad I decided not to cancel my Hasbro fembot preorders. Between no retail release in Canada and this TT debacle, these are turning out to be really hard to get.
