Just finished a transaction with SMOG today. Great and prompt communication, the packaging was excellent, and the figure was in great condition.
Canada Post screwed up and lost the package within the system for a bit, while thinking that it had been successfully delivered to me. They dragged him back into the ordeal even though he had done things correctly on his end, and we both ended up having to contact them multiple times to find out what the heck happened to the package. He was a champ throughout the whole process.
Would gladly deal with again. Thanks again!
