A3U is solid. I've personally not had a bad experience ordering from them, and any waiting is fine by me since I'm local and can drive by to grab my orders when/as stock is received.

I have never had a moment's issue with refunds (or changed orders) from A3U.

the only issue I've ever had is the odd slow reply to an email, but I'll usually give it a week and if I don't get an answer I'll give them a call. I like doing business with such a great, local(ish, I live in victoria) business
