I was in to my local VV and after looking through the wall of pegs, found all 3 robots to form Magnaboss! $2.99 each, no weapons.

Pulled a 99.9% complete boxed Lego Star Wars B wing fighter out today for $10 and got three large Megazord Train engines each with the inner smaller Megazord vehicles for $4 each today

Better luck then me, found all of the parts for Magna Boss, but the elephant was missing a side panel and the eagle was disintegrating.

Not from VV, but Goodwill next door in Newmarket. As a bonus, 1/2 price end of month!

Re: Value Village: what are your Transformers findings?

I have done notoriously well at VV's over the last year. For my buddy DuG i have gotten many beast wars figures.

But for me I have got:

Complete G1 Devastator (with all parts to combine and weapons) - 2.99

G1 Brainstorm with Head - 2.99
G1 Dreadwing - 2.99
Generations Kup
Generations Thrust
Classics Rodimus
Armada Scorponok complete with missiles - 5.99

and some other randoms that I just like:
Armada Snowcat
Clocker
Cybertron Hot Shot
Energon Downshift

I have found tons more that I just give to kids but I feel like I got pretty lucky a few times.

Well I decided to visit VV today and I found a reveal the shield Optimus and a tiny Optimus figure that is really cool. Anyone can tell me what the figure is? I could only find one picture of it online. Cost me $3.99 + HST.

This is a legends class Optimus Prime from the "Reveal the Shield" line. It is essentially the smallest class of the modern "classics" figures with the exception of Minicons. Reveal the Shield is just the marketing gimmick to say that the old G1 faction rub symbols were included on anything under this branding. It's not worth much but it's a very cool and tiny representation of classics Optimus Prime. Hope that helps.

Thanks but I was referring to the other picture. Sorry, should have been more clear. The one where prime figure is pointing. My daughter has an Arcee in this style too where she is running. I want to try and find more but don't know who made them.
