The closest thing to a metal model of Optimus Prime would be Master Piece Prime MP-01. Assuming you want G1 style?

If you want movie version Prime then go to Walmart. The're $49.92. Very accurate but no diecast parts. Make sure to get the revenge of the fallen version leader class.

If it's G1 style you can try First Markham Place (Woodbine/Hwy7). Check a store called Toys2 inside the plaza, I think the last time I was there they had it (about 1month ago). But, it's not a cheap toy, you can expect it to be $250+

But like RhinoMaximal said you can get the new Movie version for much less and very good quality, but all plastic.

By metal, do you mean metal coloured? They gave him a more metallic coat in the "Premium" re-release of the figure, and you might be able to find the Premium Prime at Zellers or Winners.

To my knowledge, I don't think they've ever made a fully metal Optimus Prime model. There were a couple busts and statues (which you might be able to find at Silver Snail), but they were ceramic, not metal.

The closest youd be able to get in terms of an Optimus Prime with metal in them would be either a G1 Optimus Prime (or the 25th anniversary reissue, available pretty much everywhere), Masterpiece Optimus Prime, Alternity Optimus Prime, or that diecast head bust from Toys R Us a couple years back (that was metal, right?)

Why does it have to be metal?

Edit: Oh, or stuff from the Titanium line, like Titanium War Within Optimus Prime or RiD Optimus Prime, or the little titanium statues (which are like 3 inches tall)
