Robot Kingdom.com Question

Is there anyone out there that has purchased items for their collection from the website in the title of the thread? Right now they have some really great prices that would help me with my animated collection but I am wavering on ordering because they are located in Hong Kong.

I've ordered from them 3 times so far and haven't had any problems.

They've always had good prices, but be aware that their shipping costs are quite high since they're in Hong Kong. Expect shipping to cost at least $20 for a single item, or at least $30 for multiple items.

I have never had a problem with R.K. I have ordered large and small items from them. Though there shipping is steep. I would recommend not using paypal for orders as they will use there own exchange rates which are higher then visa/MC and there is the exchange fee.

You can actually configure your PayPal setup so that they charge you in foreign currency instead of charging you in Canadian currency using their exchange rates. I think you have to edit your credit card details to find the setting.

Does anyone know, on average, how long it takes to get a package in?

Just curious if there is tracking or anything. I ordered from them once, but can't for the life of me remember

If you chose EMS shipping, it has tracking. It is expensive, but for me takes less than 2 weeks to arrive.

Robot Kingdom is great, but shipping costs can be the deal breaker a lot of the time for me.

I've used them about a dozen times. Ray and Po are excellent and really do put the effort into helping the customer. I had one fairly large issue with them but they owned up and pulled through. I cannot praise them enough.

Shipping is usually less than two weeks.

you can get things cheaper there than even bbts or whatever even with the shipping as long as you pick the cheapest option. i went with them when i bought perfect effect ninja because it was the cheapest place to get it.

I've ordered a few times with them and never had an issue. I always went the cheapest shipping method and stuff still arrived fairly quick considering where it is coming from.
