Re: Just a little breakage
Generations Scourge. I was pulling the arm out to rotate it around and the whole thing sheered right off the pin. More of a QC issue really but it fixed up well with some super glue.

Beast Wars Transmetal Megatron 15 years after the fact, ditto for Beast Wars Grimlock. GPS/BPS is not my friend.

Re: Just a little breakage
Universe Hound, snapped his arm clean off. Went back to RCSS and bought 2 more for $9/ea
TFA Black Arachnia - knicked off one of the spikes on her back when reattaching the flap that covers her head.
As a kid I broke the rear windows on Smokescreen, who didn't?

Re: Just a little breakage
Only one that I broke was the PCC mini-con Caliburst's leg joint sheared off it's body.

Re: Just a little breakage
Trying to Transform Bristleback into the the limb for monstructor. The figure had not been touched in years and the legs were gold (weak plastic) and just by flipping in his legs the plastic split down the middle. Booo!

Re: Just a little breakage
Animated Bumblebee: putting it back to car, the arm socket split.
Movie Incinerator: foot part sheared off during transformation.
Beast Machines Snarl: a small piece of plastic dropped out during transformation to robot mode, but nothing seems out of place or broken.
Bumblebee was just a freak sort of thing (I hope). Incinerator was probably my fault, but I don't think I was applying too much stress.
Related, but not a break yet: I can't get the powermaster engines out of my Dreadwing anymore. Both of them are really, really stuck. I am afraid that if I use the Excessive Force that seems to be necessary, then I will break something.

Re: Just a little breakage
I had my KO WST Skywarp for all of 5 minutes before one of his tail fin pegs snapped off in his leg. I'm just glad it was a KO and not the original chase version.
As a kid I broke one of G2 Slag's "haunches(?)" clean off and my mom made me throw him out. Now only Grimlock and Snarl remain Thanks a lot, mom.
