i dont really recall but i do remember them giving me a tracking number even on the cheapest shipping option

Must be nice guys! I've ordered twice from RK and had bad experiences. Both time my items were damaged due to no packaging peanuts or the like. First time it really wasn't an issue as it was the 3rd party roller & gun for MP Prime, second was for an encore starscream that I wanted to keep msib (well needless to he didn't and had to order him from somewhere else). I sent them an email about it and was ignored, so I will never order from them again. But that's just my experience with them.

I also have a question about Robot Kingdom.com.. I just received my PE-01R today and when I opened it up I noticed his right foot is missing.. will Robot Kingdom.com give me the missing piece? and where do I get a hold of their email about this issue I cant seem to find anything on their site regarding missing pieces.

I've orders through them at least a dozen times. They are always my first choice as I like having tracking info. Never had any damage or problems with then on large or small items. Recommend.

I had a simular issue with MP Rodimus. The leg panel was not attached when I opened it and I had to start a claim with paypal to get them to cooperate with me. Then after returning mp rodimus they sent me another one (or the same toy) back where they had just glued the panel back on his leg. The panel has not fallen off since then but then again I have not tried to transform him.

Needless to say I dont think I will do any more shopping at robot kingdom saying that this is my 3rd bad experience with them.

The only time I had an issue was when they left out on of my items. I emailed them about it and they asked for a pictured of what arrived. I sent it and they sent out the missing item.

Never had an issue with them. I have ordered several times from them and i have received freebies in my package a few times now.

^ oh yeah. I forgot about people getting freebies. Never got one myself but I think it was Venksta that got a free TFA cybertronian Ironhide with his E-Hobby 3packs.

I've done lots of business with them. Had one issue with an order for shadow scyther but after a little talk it was resolved very professionally.

Just an update on my issue regarding the PE-01R missing right foot, I emailed Po last night and got a reply back sometime today and he said he's shipping me the missing right foot.
