I saw that too and I thought it was pretty neat, but I love how his first appearance in the movie turned out. The way he just hits the water and then leaps out ready to go is spectacular.

I much rather prefer the way Ravage appears in the movie, the idea of him transforming into some mechanical fish was just plain strange.

I guess part of the problem is he didn't Transform in the movie (other than his arrival pod), so most alt modes could seem strange.

...especially if it's a fish that looks like nothing!
