Classics Starscream vs Universe Starscream
Hi all,
Anybody has both of these and can give a quick summary of how/where they differ? Or are these just the same thing being re-released?
I already have Classics SS but was thinking of getting 2.0 SS too.
A side by side pictorial were be appreciated.
thanks

Theres a large ass gallery including the photo you're lookin for on that OTHER, incorrectly spelt cybertron website (seibertron) in the classics toys section.

Re: Classics Starscream vs Universe Starscream
The Henkei is the best IMHO. Considering I got it on sale at A3U at 50% off. anyway the Universe version is similar in design.
The wing stripes are similar. I like the Universe version a lot more than classics. I sort of hate the classics one. The correct striping and paint apps makes Universe look like a mini MP Starscream Walmart ver.

Re: Classics Starscream vs Universe Starscream
I don't have the new one, but its a lot whiter, has a white nose cone and Decepticon symbols on the wings. The paint is also more "Starscream anime" correct.

Yep. Fantastic. I would get it if I were you. If you dont wanna spend the money on Henkei, then Universe is a close second. much better than the Classics version.

So, just out of curiosity then, the most G1 accurate here is still the Henkei, right?

Re: Classics Starscream vs Universe Starscream
I passed on it as I already have the Classics version. I don't need to spend $10 just to have a little bit more white on the wings.

I would agree that the henkei version is the best one, yes.

Re: Classics Starscream vs Universe Starscream
Where are you buying them for $10.00? I've only found current transformers around here for 14.99 and Superstore was selling them at 17.99!
I've noticed a slight difference with the last 2 seekers. I bought Acidstorm and the new Starscream and they both seem to be not as tightand not as heavy as the classics seekeres. Poorer grade plastic??

The TRU Animated deluxe sale. Some TRU's also have Universe for $9.97.
