2-4 but I'm a lazy fucker & only clean shave like once a month.
I use a trimmer to hack down the growth once a week.

When I start hacking off chunks of flesh, then it's time for a new one. Gotta make those dollar store blades go the distance, damn it.

Well, that's why they have that blue indicator strip, right? To tell you when to replace 'em...

Re: "Disposable" razors

When I start seeing tufts of hair jammed in between the blades then I replace. I usually use a trimmer first to cut down the larger growth before the razor.

I usually wait until the blade feels a bit rougher, or starts to cut.

I'm a little lazy and only shave once a week, probably should shave more but meh.

So one cartridge/blade last over a month.

Re: "Disposable" razors

I don't use em.

I shave with a trimmer every couple of months.
