Kingdom Ractonite. Though "transform" is a bit generous since he's just like all the other -izer figures and its a partsformer.
Looking at my shelf I think the last thing I fully transformed was ER Thrust. Pretty straightfoward and enjoyable in its simplicity.

I enjoy that outside of some alterations to the lower legs it's basically the same transformation as the G1 original. I like when modern figures keep the basic mechanics of how their ancestors worked.
