Nice to see them briefly restock Galvy and sell out while my order remains "in progress" with an estimated delivery date of Nov 11.
At this point I have to consider my order dead - their system isn't smart enough to fill outstanding orders when they get new stock. Which is a remarkable level of incompetence for one of the largest retailers on the world.
And any inquiry I make will just get it cancelled as their CS people have learned they can "satisfactorily resolve" these issues by canceling the order. Because there is no feedback system for customers.
