they did mention at the 3rd party panel this year that it was a throwback to diaclone iirc,and they also metioned that each unit/bot chunk has a small rider and when fully combined into the big bot all three can ride in his chest,one in the middle and one on each side in the chest.
(it does have a kinda optimal vibe now that you guys mention it...)
