Before you try anything too involved, check to make sure that the double hinge at the waist is clipped all the way onto the arm, then that the lower torso is pushed firmly against the waist piece. Then, pinch the grill between your thumb and back of Prime with your finger and apply slight pressure with your thumb on the grill. You will feel a definite "click" if it works. If it doesn't work, bummer and good luck.
