I've used Kooltoyz.ca, agesthreeandup.com, Automatontoys.com, and Goldenagetoys.com from the Canadian side. Nothing bad to say about any of them.
From outside the great white north: TFSource.com, Bigbadtoystore.com, digital-toys.com, and HLJ.com. Overall, with the exception of some HLJ hick-ups, all have been good experiences.
Oh yeah, of course you can't forget eBay.
