Chris is nowhere near NMC's level of disrespectful customer service (insults and belittling clients, constantly finding bureaucratic ways to postpone/solve the issues with always submitting "tickets")

I don't think NMC would have shown his customers this kind of respect by sending out emails and Facebook posts saying he'd be out for a while. Hopefully Chris gets better soon
