Just do a $0 preorder at the store over the phone, if they dont fix the price by Aug, don't pickup the figure. EB Games just holds for a few days and then sticks it on the shelf.
The Spinout and Cordon pack were listed higher instore then the website, by the time the set came out EB fixed the price differences. I'm sure the same will happen.
