I haven't been in a long time, but pre-COVID I believe they used to do special events once a year (usually pre-Xmas) at the EY Centre in Ottawa; went there a couple times back during the Monster High heyday
Haven't heard about em in a dog's age tho, good to hear they got an online presence going
