He's 100% scouring the Toys R Us sales bins. Even then, it seems like a terrible business plan. If no one wanted the Rose Tico Black Series figure at Toys R Us, I'm not sure why he thinks they'd want to buy them from him. I guess that store credit has to go toward something and if he's got a shitty in-stock selection, people are hosed one way or another.
But you're right. And it also seems like he's gotten himself into a sort of ponzi scheme situation where he's using preorder money from new orders to fulfill older orders, leaving him in a bigger and bigger hole.
I hope he has to declare bankruptcy soon and it couldn't happen to a bigger sack of garbage
