After providing all info on the purchase and details requested, their initial reaction is to say they don't have any to replace this, asking me to accept a full refund or "a warehouse-selected Transformer, free of charge"
Meanwhile Pulse's own listing for BZ is still in pre-order status, with units allegedly shipping out on March 1st
