So it could be mix of all of those factors or they're just trying to make up for when they went bankrupt still and are just gouging prices. Who really knows

Remember - TRU Canada never went bankrupt. They were separate from TRU USA.
Whatever the reason, the price gouging is clearly just that. sadly.

If TRU's baby initiative is the reason these exist, then I wouldn't begrudge a thing

My kids are older now and we don't live five minutes from TRU, but being able to change/feed the baby while the toddler was in the same large family bathroom was so helpful.
