The government could save a ton of money if they just instituted a simple, three step test every few years for drivers to keep their license. Test one, be able to parallel park. Test two, be able to merge on to the highway and know you can't do it doing 40kmph. Test three, be able to make a RIGHT hand turn using only one lane.

Those last 2 tests are a Must!
I guess all provinces have their brand of bad drivers.
-Quebec has the "Aggressive drivers" who's cars seemingly all lack turn signals.
-Ontario has the "Sunday Drivers" who drive 70 km/hr on the Leftist lane on the highway, while several right lanes are empty.
