Checking ebay, it seems that prices have come down a bit. They're going for $90-$110 plus shipping.
What would be more of a concern is that 2 of the last 3 sold came from chimungmung. When they run out, expect availability to decline and the price to go up again. $80 upgrade kits will be a memory, and that price, instead of seeming steep, will look like a bargain.
It all depends if you really want it or can live without it (and won't regret it later).
