Save that pic to your computer in case the seller takes it down and then you have nothing to prove it was in that condition before shipping.
Hopefully it works out for you. I just sold a HH with a broken and glued techspec door (not to you, and I made sure I noted it in the ad), they are easily broken from my understanding.
