I don't know if I'm too late or not, but does anyone know where I can get a complete Titan Metroplex with the American voice chip (non-neutered voice chip)? Also, how can you tell if a Metroplex has the non-neutered voice chip if it's in an unopened box? Is it just English text only on the box, no trilingual?
