It's the Kabaya Candy Kit Ultra Magnus, from the second wave of the line. A local seller had 3 of them which I pounced on. They're Japanese imports so if you're not ordering them online I think your best bet to get them in TO would be at the upcoming Collectible Toy Expo (points to banner at top of page) or TFcon in July...I recall someone also mentioning Silver Snail downtown may have had/has them, if anyone can confirm that would be keen.
But ya...he's pretty well sized for the Legends class...
