It's really easy.
1. Do NOT click on the express checkout. hit the continue to payment button.
2. Fill out the necessary information - then hit continue.
3. Ignore the pay now section - and look at the options below it. You will see the Pre-order (Pay when blahblah blah) I've highlighted the spot where you have to click on with the red dot.
That's it.
