There were a few hot heads who wanted to personally meet him, but they don't condone violence.

One person is in the process of taking him to small claims court of some sort.

FYI, address had been removed from his business on Google, and his social media accounts haven't posted or been replied since May. Probably getting evicted from his warehouse address.

The lawsuit is quite costly in legal fees, and I doubt any firm will do it without demanding a retainer upfront (to which victims of NMC would be hesitant to commit more money just to get their money...

You should honestly bite the bullet and use store credit to get something in stock, before he closes down.

But even trying to get in touch with him is a gong show, the fastest way isn't sending 5+...

FYI, NMC Toys will stop accepting payments through PayPal soon.

Probably because of all the disputes that he loses.

Don't take the chance, is not worth it dealing with this guy.

You'll have to deals with a person who has ego and lack of common courtesy issues, and always belittles his customers.

I would say this to anyone about even considering purchasing from NMC toys: DON'T order their pre-order items, only order things that are in-stock.

I paid by PayPal last August. I think I'm out of luck.

What happens to your money if the store goes under?

Visa charge back time period is only 120 days.
