There has to be laws in place to protect the consumer from illegitimate product sales otherwise it would be rampant... It might just fall under fraud and given how long the credit card companies have...

Can we do the TL;DR yet? Bottom line never order from this guy, tell your friends AND enemies to never order from this guy. If you have an order in do whatever you can to get your money back now...

I really wonder what the root cause of all this is... like is he taking pre-orders to get money to order stock and running into issues with charge backs, instead of having a reserve of money for...

Someone mentioned only order in stock items but looking at his website i only see out of stock and "released"... is there a clear way to tell what he has in stock? Feel like this is purposely...

I was looking for action figure protectors (dont ask) and noticed NMC has a paid google ad... thats going to burn a few people.

I have been frequenting comic stores for 35 years and I have never ever ever seen this. The stores would give regulars running discounts under MRSP. Comic and collectible stores have different profit...
