Lego can be a funny beast at Value Village.
I've found bags with just Minifigures and a few parts as low as 1.99 and other larger bags of lego (No figures) as high as $9.99

There's a Animated Roll Out and whatever prime at the Ottawa St. VV in Kitchener if anyone is interested.
Missing the head flap and axe and the mouth feature isn't working. 3.99.

I tend to go every 2 or 3 days, but that's only because since moving there's one 5 minutes away from me.
But I have gone multiple days in a row and found new items every time.

You'd be suprised about the folks that shop at Value Village. I know a few people that make a VERY good living that shop at Value Village for clothing and housewares.

It's total hit and miss guys, I check out the one on Ottawa St fairly often and I've found TONS of stuff there over the years. Including Lord Zarak and Japanese Breastmaster Jarugar.
