The only real way to compare the differences of height is to compare a MB or GFF MC with their MG counterparts. I think only MG really concerns itself with really accurate height representations.

GFF are normally 1/144, but this is a GFF Metal Composite which is 1/100. Ya, the naming is confusing, so that's why they launched the Metal Build line.

Careful, they can get addictive. I've been eyeing a GFF Metal Composite Unicorn, but haven't pulled the trigger becuz the articulation is about the same as the MG, ergo, very poor.
