DUDE!! That's great, but don't let him shun his duty by just honoring the sale price. You should get the 1st 1 FREE, as per the UPC policy.

I've also heard the argument that the $10 price wasn't posted on the shelf so it doesn't count.
But it was advertised in the flyer, so it's binding.

I agree, it's not about sticking it to them, or trying to cheat them atta anything. $10 is a nice sale and I was glad to support them legitimately for it.

If yes, nobody should waste their time arguing for the $10, the argument (and eventual or complaint to BBB) should be it's free!
