Smokescreen from Automaton shipping?
 

Hi folks. Just wondering if anyone who has ordered Smokescreen from Automaton has received a shipping notice yet, or a toy itself? Mario said last Tuesday that he was getting them in last week and shipping asap. His website has said much the same for a while now.

I received a shipping notice last night stating that a label was created. I assume he's still processing pre-orders.

I don't know what's going on with Mario but I sent an e-mail a week before Christmas asking if my OOH would make it...but no respond.

Fast forward last week...another e-mail was sent requesting that my OOH be sent since I saw on the site that MP-19 Smokescreen was received. Again no reply what so ever or at least a head up letting me know that they are still processing orders.

This morning I've sent another e-mail but this time at his Paypal e-mail wich is rodimus@ccapcable.com in hope I get at a respond concerning my orders....

I not very satisfy this time around since I keep getting no respond...Thinking seriously cancelling all my pre-orders ( More than 10 for at least 500$ worth).

I don't normally vouch for store peeps but mario's an awesome seller.

Thanks for sharing your experience, folks. I have a similar experience. Invoiced for the toy a month ago. Emailed him a couple weeks ago when I saw that they were coming in. He emailed back early the next week (last week) to say they would arrive that week. So he must be having trouble Keeping up. That's why I thought I'd ask here because I wasn't sure he'd get back to me promptly. I can wait for Smokescreen, but I just wanted an idea if maybe he was shipped and I didn't get an email.

I have usually had good experience with Automaton. I just want to put it out there that I'm not trying to stir the pot. :)

I requested my OOH be sent out between Christmas and Newyears and he responded the next day. I asked that he hold my OOH until Smokescreen arrived then to send it on its way. I received a notice from Canada Post lastnight with an estimated delivery of the 9th! :) Nothing but good things to say about Automaton and Mario!!! :)

Good stuff. Got a notice twenty minutes ago from Canada Post that a label was created. So hopefully mine isn't too far behind the 9th. Looking forward to this guy, and Fortis. :)

I'm not sure if anybody noticed. But FYI Mario shuts down for two weeks during the holidays. That's probably why things are behind. Just be a little patient. Things will get sorted I'm sure.

So I guess it got the the post office today and so it will come Monday. I had hoped to have it Friday, but oh well.

He was closed over the holidays, folks. Even Mario gets a break!
Relax - he'll come through. I've ordered a bunch of times from him and he's awesome.
