TFTM 86 Ratchet in the wild?

Hey everyone,

Just curious if anyone has seen or heard about TFTM 86 ratchet (not the mini one) in the wild. I have been checking around and it seems no one has seen it our it's sold out.

Not sure if it's just delayed or if this is another case of only a few were released in Canada.

I assume Walmart won’t get this wave until the SS Ironhides sell.

No haven't seen it yet. Could be like Ironhide. I got IH from gamestop a full 7 months before Walmart got it on shelves, then he was everywhere. Or could be like Devcon and Beachcomber that have yet to show at Walmart months after I got them from.....Gamestop of course.

That's bad luck, then. I could get you fifty Ironhides and thirty Bayverse Galvatrons tonight!

The only time I ever saw SS86 Voyager Ratchet in a store was when I picked up my pre-order at GameStop. AFAIK, you can go on GameStop's website to check avalibility of the figure at the physical stores and request your local store to have it shipped from one of those stores to them. Albeit, there's a $10 shipping charge if you aren't ordering a combined $75 worth of goods.

I am thinking I might just do a drive to the border to pick up a few items and either order it to be delivered there or try my luck when I am down in Montana. When I was there in September, I was able to score all the G2 issues that came out (boxes were a bit damaged but everything was there including their heads).

Yes, it's completely sold out in Canada right now. As for your question about delays, we'll never know with these things. We know that Canadian stores received them since Gamestop got them last year, when they were scheduled to come out. And everyone who preorderd a copy got then. The ones for Walmart/TRU might be delayed or simply never get stocked.

So yes, if you can get one during a trip to the US that would be best because we've seen it happen where that figure never comes in stock again (Breakdown, Sharpnel, Devcon, Beachcomber, ect).

And make sure to preorder from Gamestop any toy you may want this coming year.
