I was browsing Canadian Tire's website looking for nothing in particular and was quite stun to stumble upon this little gem... http://www.canadiantire.ca/en/pdp/tr...l#.Vrjy9ObpXOB

I believe CT had a sale some time before Christmas that showed Brainstorm on their flyer, but it never was actually found in stores. Well, maybe if you're lucky there's some in your region now. In Quebec there appears to be a few left in Canadian Tire St-Bruno, Rivières des Prairies and Montreal Nord.

the issue is, just because it shows brainstorm in their product photo, does mean they have brainstorm in stock at the stores. title just says "generations voyager" and can very well be the other shelvewarmer voyagers in the wave

Yeah, this is an old thing. If you order it or pick it up, it's either Roadbuster or Skye-Byte.

The description is Brainstorm's though. Wouldn't it be pretty deceptive to show Brainstorm as available for order, and no other figures, and then you pick up a completely different figure in store?

One word

Assortment.

Happens to all major retailers. Take a look at Targets website. They show all the latest waves of CW as available and at the store but what they actually have is a mixture of the various size classes and say that because it's an assortment they can't guarantee stock on any one specific figure unfortunately

I might check 1 of my local CT stores on Friday. Will post results when I get back. No guarantee's though. I know some other stores around here only had Sky-byte's & Roadbuster's around Christmas. Fingaz crossed. ;)

Pictures and description were brainstorm, but they only go by product code. When they recieve the order, they don't actually know which figure you're going to pick up.
