oversized bruticus head?

Does anyone know what I can use for an oversized G1 style Bruticus head. I'm working on a big Bruticus lego/kreo build which i would like to bring to TFcon and can't seem to find a good head for him. He will be about 18 inches tall when done.
Also anyone have ideas for hands for this monster.
Hopefully he will be done in time.

try modifying the head off of one of those giant bayverse powerbots.that's what i used to make my own bruticus noggin.
