What G1 Characters Are We Waiting For?
 

Is there a list of as-yet-unproduced figures for G1/SS86 characters in the current War For Cybertron & Legacy lines?

If not, does anyone have a good idea of which new G1 figures we can expect? I'm not talking about any non G1 characters (including Beast Wars), or diaclones and easy repaints. Mainly new characters and/or molds. (If it's a retool of older lines, I'm not opposed to that, since I only started collecting with WFC.)

The remaining Dinobots are definitely coming. Probably more Insecticons (I hope), as well as other combiners (if so, which ones?). And I'd like to at least get a Frenzy (Red) figure to go with Rumble (Blue), but maybe some other casettes, too? (I have the Selects multi casdette pack already.)

Thoughts?

I don't think there's some leak about future G1 characters as of yet and as prediction goes, I agree that we'll definitely get all the Dinobots in the SS86 series.

If it's more of a wish list, I hope they can do a Titan class Unicron. I'll be fine with a Commander class too since neither classes will be in scale anyway, as long as it's accurate and not a shelf-former.

It'd be great to get the rest of the Autobot single and double Targetmasters. It's kind of weird we ended up getting all the Decepticon ones in some form now (Quake could stand to have a re-do) but very few of the Autobots until recently - we still need Sureshot, Quickmix and Landfill).

I'd love to see the rest of the smaller Headmasters (with or without Titan Masters - preferably with them) - Horri-Bull, Squeezeplay, Hosehead, Siren, and a re-do of Nightbeat would be great.

The rest of Blaster's cassettes are hopefully on the way... It was great we got Eject, but where's the easy Rewind? And of course Steeljaw and Ramhorn?

Then there's poor Buzzsaw, who would have been an easy recolour that is still missing.

From the 84/85 line, we are missing from WFC/Legacy so far:

Beachcomber, Bombshell, Brawn, Buzzsaw, Gears, Powerglide, Roadbuster, Seaspray, Snarl, Swoop, Shrapnel, Topspin, Whirl and Windcharger

Kinda surprised they did Ransack. Does this mean there could be the other deluxe insecticons? Barrage, Chop Shop and Venom.

I'd be shocked if they did a Devastator. The CW version is quite nice.

From the 86 line we are missing:

Broadside, Octane, Outback, Ramhorn, Rewind, Sandstorm, Steeljaw, Swerve, Tailgate and the combiners.

And of course, G1 Metroplex and Trypticon...

Lots of opportunity for Hasbro to claim our wallets

Given what they did to Legacy Peacemaker, I'm of two minds about it though

On the one hand, I love Spoilsport and I want an update
On the other hand, if they're just gonna make him a brick w folding legs, may as well just re-release the G1
On the other other hand, I wouldn't want him to just be one of the two battlemaster molds (at least knee articulation re: TKLegends targetmasters)

depends on which class, like MP or CHUG or 3rd parties.

For me? I want some MP scale combiners like Computron or abominus from either hastak or 3rd parties, better not pants-former.
