Do you have a picture? If so, I think the Zarak would be compatible with the scorponok I have.

Lord Zarak came with Scorponok, of course it's compatible.

about $40-$50 for mr zarak and another $40 for the helmet. It would cost well over $300 to piece together a Scorponok so its better to just look for a complete one unless you are completing one that has sentimental value

I'm just looking for the head and helmet because I got the body and other accessories for free from a friend. Buying a complete set is too rich for my blood at this time.

Check out the Comic And Toy Show at the Red And White Club on Sunday, they should have some parts there for you. I already know 2 big Transformers dealers going to be there. 1 guy is unloading a pile of Generation 1 goodness.
