Hal-Con 2016
 

Are there many on here from the Maritimes that attend Hal-con? I've never been to one. Do they have much Transformers stuff?

I have friends that go but if your thinking of a dealer room set up like TFCON you wont find it. Might be some retail stuff but other then that it might be pretty sparse. There seems to be more artist stuff along with anime sci-fi cosplay and fantasy. They always have fun going though.

I went to one Hal-con, I think it was 2010. I was extremely dissapointed. I'm a comics fan and there was virtually no comics there. There was some stuff for video gamers but that's not really for me. Transformers-wise there was one guy selling a Blaster reissue for $90, the ones that showed up at Homesense around the same time for $20.

I've heard it's gotten better but I've never gone back.

Denise Crosby was there and walked right by me which was pretty cool.

We thought about going, but timing was never right yet. We did do Animaritimes for a number of years. Very little TF stuff there obviously.
