Need help! which one Bruticus do you think is the best?
 

Hi,

I'm thinking of adding a Bruticus set to my collection...
But I'm kinda hesitating which version to get.
Any thought?

Rumor very strongly indicates there is an upcoming Bruticus in the CW line, though it is probably six months or more away. Might see it at botcon. Just a thought!

on the other hand, the warbotron one looks really nice as well.

Thats a toughie. Warbotron is aesthetically amazing but he's just... really really big in comparison to alot of the other 3P combiners. Personally I'm waiting for CW here.

CW is the way to go if you don't have one yet. Patience!

Otherwise, Colussus add-on from FP for Energon Bruticus Maximus.

Well, if you have the money for warbotron, what are you waiting for?

I don't, and I want to see what the CW version is like, which I can afford and might be fun, but make no mistake about it, if I had the money, Warbotron, looks like one of the best combiners ever, and individual bot and alt mode too. Hoping there will be some 3rd party upgrades to CW Bruticus, you know, just in case it needs help.

Another Bruticus I am waiting for that was teased with a drawing only is a legends scale combaticons / bruticus (not g1) from shapeshift. I like the scale, and if they actually proceed with it one day, I may just give them a shot. Will have to see price and see which way to go

But at the moment, eagerly waiting CW Bruticus and Computron.

There's always ROTF Bruticus Maximus (with FansProject add-ons) to consider if you can find a set for the right price.

Warbotron is good but not the what it is advertised as. These are not masterpiece quality or engineered figures other then they are big and have moving fingers. The individual bot modes do not look like their respected G1 characters at all IMHO. Other might like it but not for my MP collection ...

I find vortex and onslaught to be the most disappointing. The rest are...alright.

If you are getting or have other Combiner Wars combiners and care about scale, wait.
